I applied online, and a recruiter reached out to me right after I submitted my application. We scheduled a time to chat in two days. The conversation mainly went over my background and gauged my interests. No interview was scheduled afterward, as my background was not a fit for the team at that time. The recruiter was nice and followed up in a timely manner, though.
