- Next up, you'll be scheduled for 3 rounds
- DS round
- Code design round ie an LLD question
- System design
- Values interview to judge if you can fit well in Atlassian.
Questions
Questions asked were around LLD on rate limiters, DS algo questions were easy to medium, and system design was difficult as it was very ambiguous and had too many dots to connect.

Pros: - Competitive salary
- Pretty good work-life balance
- Good growth
- Time off is really good. Even parental leave is 5 months. I have never seen any company in India giving 5 months off to a father.
- Very open culture. I have literally seen people bashing the directors and other senior management if they think something is not done right.
- Atlassians really live by the values they have defined.
Cons: Work/learning can be low at times.

Pros: Good people in Engineering and remote work
Cons: Pathetic and clueless management. 80% of projects are scrapped after a couple of months. Frequent manager and team changes. Values are now just for the sake of it. Keep your head down and do what I say is the new cultural motto.
