I interviewed for the Summer 2025 Software Engineering Internship through the Atlassian Women in Tech program. The process was well-structured and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Online Assessment (OA): Included 3 medium-hard LeetCode DSA problems.
- Technical Interview: Covered 1 DSA question with a follow-up (similar to LeetCode medium/hard).
- Values & Management Round: Focused on Atlassian’s values, teamwork, and handling failures.
The interviewers were friendly and encouraging, making the experience smooth. Preparation in coding, problem-solving, and company values helped a lot.
