I received this opportunity through a Women in Tech program. The process had two rounds: one technical and another HR. Both were one hour long and eliminatory.
In the technical round, I was asked a question based on sorting and hashmaps. I was able to code a solution, but no time was left for a follow-up question. Despite this, I received an email for the HR round.
The HR round focused on my introduction and behavioral questions, emphasizing my experience and values. Later that evening, I received a rejection email.
One coding question. My experience of working in a team. Any conflicts and how I dealt with them.
