A recruiter from the EU contacted me on LinkedIn, followed by a phone call with her.

She explained the hiring process in detail and the benefits they offer.

This was followed by a remote pair programming session with a Senior Developer from Sydney.

They will send you a Maven project and a set of questions to solve, based on the project. You have to find bugs, add some features, and make it thread-safe. It's a relatively easy assignment if you know your way around Java.

The interviewer was very attentive and provided useful hints to avoid you getting lost in an unfamiliar codebase.

I didn't complete all questions as I ran out of time. I am waiting for feedback. Most likely, I wouldn't make it.
