Although I appreciated the quality of the interview questions, I am writing this due to the terrible process and the lengthy delay in providing feedback (3.5 months).

In December 2018, I received an invitation from an HR representative based in London for a Bangalore opening. The first round was held in the second week of January 2019, and the interview standards were excellent. A week later, I received positive feedback for the first round. The second round took place at the end of January and was conducted by their Australian team. This round also maintained a very high standard. I received positive feedback for this round in the first week of February.

The HR representative from London then took 2.5 weeks to schedule the final round. I attended the final round in the first week of March, spread across two separate slots. This round focused entirely on behavioral skills. One part was conducted by the Australian team, and the other by the Indian team on the same day via telepresence.

My negative experience began after this. The HR took a month to communicate the results, citing mixed feedback from the Indian and Australian teams. Ultimately, the HR took a month to deliver this news and finally informed me of a negative outcome in April 2019.

From my perspective, I performed well in all rounds, including the final one.

Atlassian was one of my dream companies before I interviewed with them.
