Process
I was approached by HR post that Technical Interviews were scheduled. They were very flexible about the interview schedule. All tech rounds were taken by folks from Australia.
They do provide feedback on interviews, which is a good thing.
Questions
First Round: A project was given, and participants had to identify bugs.
Second Round: This round had three parts:
a) A description of a recent project, mainly focused on architecture. b) Technical questions on web services. c) Questions related to DB connection pools.
Third Round: The focus was on company values, discussed with leadership.
