The recruiters were friendly initially and explained the process. The onsite interview was structured mostly around an interview with a manager, followed by a 90-minute coding test. This was then followed by a design question. Most of the problems were straightforward.

The post-interview experience was horrible. If you are not selected, they hardly bother to respond. The recruiters ghost you and never respond to emails, which is really bad. After dedicating your entire day to the interview, you feel worthless. After multiple email requests, the interviewer responds with a generic response. To be honest, the recruiters don't embody any of the Atlassian values they market :)
