I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter within a few days.
Interview process:
- Online HackerRank assessment with 5 questions to solve in 90 minutes. (While the time frame felt unreasonable, answering 2 out of 5 correctly and attempting the remaining ones increases your chances of getting the next interview call.)
- The next round was a 45-minute telephonic interview with the Head of Engineering. All questions related to my resume and QA processes in general. He clarified that they develop code using Java, with no Python involved. At that point, I knew I would not be contacted for the next round.

Pros: 1. Best culture - a very human culture. No comparison, no negative competition. A healthy environment where everyone wants to grow and help others to grow.
2. Smart people to work with. The best of the best people are here. Learning has no end.
3. Good work on latest technologies.
4. Great work-life balance.
5. Endless number of perks: awesome food throughout the day served for free, door-to-door cab facility at no cost, full pay for a child's daycare, and so many more :)
Cons: They pamper their employees so much that it is so hard to leave Atlassian, even if one wants to.
