Great upper leadership.
Work from anywhere in the US.
Cons: Can feel slow/inefficient at times. Some teammates abuse good WLB and can be unreliable.

Pros: Work-life balance and perks are amazing. They have a permanent WFH option (those who want to WFO can pursue it).
Cons: Learning and exposure to different technology stacks is limited to SaaS-based modules.
