Pros: It was a really fun intern experience! Lunch was amazing.
Cons: It was remote, so it was a little hard to connect with other interns, and I was unable to meet my team. I would have loved a little more in-person activity (maybe just a fly-out to go meet my team).

Pros: - Awesome manager, mentor, and teammates.
- The engineers who interviewed me were amazing, kind, and clearly loved their jobs.
- Pay is $49 per hour plus $6k relocation in SF and MTV.
- The Trello team works from home, and the rest of the company is moving towards that lifestyle now, too.
Cons: - Rude recruiters. They're always angry, condescending, and rude from the phone screen to the offer letter stage. But don't let them discourage you because the offer is really good.
- Lots of politics going on at the managerial and executive level. A few engineering teams (Jira) have terrible culture, I heard.

Pros: Great work-life balance with flexible hours.
Supportive and collaborative team culture.
Modern tech stack and strong engineering practices.
Cons: Limited exposure to large-scale production systems for interns and time-zone differences can make cross-team communication slightly harder.
