Pros: Remote work flexibility, and a mentor who genuinely cared about their interns' success.
Cons: The internship lacked organization and clear direction.
There was very minimal contact with the manager, and it was apparent that they were unaware of what their interns were working on.
A significant lack of communication regarding expectations and feedback from the manager.
