I had one uninformative, bland call with a recruiter.

About a week later, I had a much more informative call with a technical recruiter.

Then they ghosted for a few weeks.

A number of days after reaching back out to the technical recruiter, I finally received a response that they had already filled the position.

Terrible communication; the process was slow and inefficient.

These were standard intro questions. I had never talked to an engineer before, so the conversation was very surface-level and non-technical.
