My entire interview process was remote, conducted through video conference, which I found to be very convenient. There were three interview rounds, and a candidate experience team member frequently followed up with me via email or calls regarding the status, confirmations, and information for each round.
First, I had a brief call where we discussed what I was looking for, my visa status, my experience, and so on. Then, there was the first interview: the coding interview, which was like a pair programming session for one hour.
My second interview lasted for around two hours with two interviewers. We discussed my experience, projects and technologies I had worked on, what I was passionate about, and more.
The final interview round was with another two interviewers and focused on values and management, lasting two hours.
I found the entire interview process to be smooth and well-planned. I appreciated how the recruiter constantly followed up before and after each round to ensure I was well informed about what to expect, the results, and other details.
I was asked about my favourite project I had done, the technologies, and why I loved it.
