I applied online and received an OA after one week.
The OA had five coding questions and a 90-minute time limit. I only solved three of them and never heard back from them since then, so I think I got rejected.

Cons: It's getting like meta, toxic, with no more trust between the org and employee.
The company values used to be real, but not any more.
A lot of so-called good-intentioned changes in one year, which all impacted employees negatively.
Many people quit.
Ppl are still there, daring not to speak up anymore.
