Pros: The usual corporate tech benefits: kitchen-prepped hot breakfasts and lunches, amazing office amenities, and actually a comfortable physical environment to work from.
Cons: The culture used to be more social, and people were encouraged to be open and transparent.
That is no longer the case.
The company has transitioned into a full-time performance management machine.
Trust is at an all-time low, and you can palpably feel the tension and stress in the air.
