The interview process involved several steps:

• HackerRank assessment
• Technical interview (Systems Design)
• Recruiter call
• Onsite interviews:
  • Two coding interviews (one focused on design, the second on data structures)
  • One Systems Design interview
  • One Manager Behavioral interview
  • One Behavioral interview aligned with Atlassian's Values

It was an extensive process, but a pleasure. The recruiters were very supportive throughout, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. They provided resources detailing the interview process, what to anticipate, and external materials to better understand the company culture. Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy and grateful to be there, radiating an infectious energy I was eager to be a part of!

My advice to candidates is to take the behavioral sections seriously. Atlassian prioritizes candidates who uphold the company's values.
