The interview consisted of three parts:
- 45 minutes of behavioral questions
- 1 hour of technical questions
- Another 45 minutes of technical questions
The technical interview was very easy, but the interviewers seemed somewhat clueless and demanded a specific answer that they were looking for.

Pros: It is fully remote, and the office in Sydney is pretty nice.
Cons: Very stressful environment. They are never happy with what you are doing, even though you get all positive feedback. After the performance review, the result will shock you.

Cons: Twice-yearly performance evaluations are stressful, discourage collaboration, and have destroyed the company culture and work-life balance they used to be known for.
