Process

After 10 days of application, I received an email for the online coding round. The email contained a link to the platform on which the coding round was to be conducted.

So, a day before, I opened my email and tried some practice problems to understand the platform. The next day, I gave my original coding round.

Questions

I was asked to complete a minimum of 2 questions out of 5, with a time limit of 2 hours.

Pros: - Great company culture, especially when we were at the office. - They tried really hard to make WFH as good as possible for their employees, with days off and WFH budgets. - The tools we build are used by millions of users, therefore you feel the impact of what you do. - Great and smart people to work with.

Cons: - WFH only at the moment, getting a bit tired of Zoom. - There can be some sudden changes and less transparency due to the sheer growth of the company. - Work can get stressful at times due to releases and multi-timezone work.
