Connected with a recruiter and had an introductory call (talked about myself and Atlassian values, etc.).
I was then sent a coding challenge in which you needed to pass two out of five problems.
The first one was LeetCode easy, the second a hard LeetCode medium. I had about 10 minutes left to try another, but the third one definitely would have taken at least another 30 minutes.
After passing the coding challenge, you get a technical phone screen by an engineering manager.
Final: Two video calls:
Why Atlassian?
Design a basic data structure and write API methods for it.
What's the difference between a process and a thread?
Difference between list, set, and map?
What are the principles of OOP? What is polymorphism?
