After a successful CV screening, an online assessment is sent within 2 weeks. If successful, a technical interview is booked, then finally a behavioral interview. The entire process took around 3-4 weeks.

Pros: The total compensation is good, and you work with really smart people. There aren't many benefits for New Zealand.
Cons: The company uses Stack Ranking now, so it's you against your teammates (someone has to be at the end of the curve and put on performance review or fired). You won't receive any performance feedback before it happens.
