I had an interview round with Karat. It was a very strange experience.

The interviewers mentioned they have conducted 1,000 interviews. They appear to have a curated list of answers for every question they ask. Selection is based solely on whether keywords match their predefined answers. If they don't match, you are not selected.

Do not waste your time on this company, especially if you are interviewing with others like Karat. It felt like the IAS exam, a repetitive question-answer, question-answer format. It was not an interview, but an exam.
