I am guessing they only have a small handful of questions, both for system design and coding, that they reuse.
I am somewhat mystified as to why I wasn't given an offer, as I felt I did well on the coding and system design interviews. I can only assume that now that they're fully remote, they have a nation full of candidates to choose from, so they can afford to be very choosey.
