I didn't get "work culture" before, now I do. They keep it slightly informal, and that feels more real.
Talented, motivated, and pleasant co-workers.
Cons: The company is big, and it's easy to get lost trying to find a person or department.
The tech stack isn't unified; you just have to be okay with different teams working with different everything.
