LeetCode interview experience: You apply online and then receive an interview that consists of a couple of LeetCode questions. I don’t recall any behavioral questions being asked (at least not in the first round of the interview).

OA to a technical interview with a LeetCode Easy/Medium. Values interview where we discussed all Atlassian values and I gave anecdotes of how I expressed each of these. Recruiter call + offer.

Initially, I received an email from a recruiter and coordinated an introductory call via Calendly. The standard topics were discussed during that conversation. One aspect of the job I learned about that was surprising is that it is a leadership role
