None anymore. The changes are making it just like any other tech company, but with strange and overly ridiculous processes. The amount of people leaving at all levels in the last few months is only accelerating.
Atlassian no longer pays 100% for health insurance and is forcing ONLY US employees to pay for part of the premiums the company used to pay for 100%. Every major change in the last year has had the words "standard" or "market" justifying every change in taking things away from employees. If you want to work for a "market" or "standard" type of tech company, this is it!
The reviews from more than a year ago no longer apply, as it is NOT the same company anymore.
Atlassian is the WORST place ever if you want a promotion. The amount of hoops you have to jump through is hilarious, all for MAYBE a 5% raise? The effort does NOT equal the outcome. Stack ranking... good luck with this!
You have pretty much successfully destroyed the culture at Atlassian in a year. I suspect it's going to get worse with some announcements coming end of November, as I highly suspect you are planning on lowering our bonus structure as well.

The recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a screening interview through Google Meet. The interview was common: describing the company and position, asking questions about experience and salary expectations, and answering any questions you have.
