Good compensation package. Opportunity to work on products with a large userbase. Possibility of career progression and sideways movements.
Too many politics involved; engineers' opinions are often ignored.
Their company values are mostly marketing; middle and upper managers usually neglect employees' wellbeing.
Terrible engineering practices and methodologies. Their cloud platform is burning huge sums of money in operating costs to AWS.
