The challenges facing Atlassian are common with many other companies in a similar situation. Growth is painful and has a tax on teams and individuals. Atlassian is growing rapidly and facing those challenges of how to maintain a healthy balance between business growth and maintaining the same great culture and benefits that everyone enjoys.
