Team anywhere - you can work from anywhere.
Amazing people - people are smart, will always treat you with respect, and are very helpful.
Great work-life balance - this was one of the primary reasons why I joined Atlassian. We had many instances in team meetings where we were asked not to work late into the nights.
Good pay - the compensation is above par when compared to most companies.
Learning - people are allowed to explore here. In fact, there is a phase literally called "explore" where one can dabble with different ideas before kick-starting a project. People are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. People are allowed to share their thoughts without being judged. There are many instances within Atlassian where employees have been vocal and highly critical in sharing their views.
Nothing major as of now.
