From my first interaction with a recruiter, through the interview process, onboarding, and working here for several months, my experience at Atlassian has been overwhelmingly positive. There is a solid work-life balance, interesting projects, a high degree of flexibility and agency, nice people, fun perks, and a great atmosphere. I am very happy here!

It had a total of 6 rounds, excluding recruiter screening. After all rounds, I had 3 medium, 2 strong, and 1 low hire. I was rejected by the hiring committee without any feedback.

The interview process was pretty smooth throughout. I felt like my recruiter was really good at prepping me for each round. I passed all of the interview rounds and was graded as a P4 hire, but the role got filled, so I was put into a Team Match pro
