I work with amazing and passionate people. The benefits are pretty great. There is a huge education budget. I feel good about our impact on the world. The work is interesting and engaging. WFH is very flexible, and higher-ups really encourage taking care of yourself :)
I was the only woman on my team for a while. I'm not sure what our numbers are, but there's always room for diversity improvements.

I had an online assessment consisting of 4 problems, out of which I solved 3. This was followed by 2 rounds of interviews: the first was technical, and the second was behavioral. I'm not sure if this is standard.
Software Engineer
I had a variation of the "best time to buy a stock" question. The interviewer was rude and ill-prepared, but I figured out the question. The process was okay overall. The questions were LeetCode medium.

- Online Assessment - Technical Interview - Behavioral Interview - Hopefully an Offer The interview was mid-level difficulty. I would say practice your LeetCode, and you will do well on your project.
