Teamwork - engineers are all very easy to work with and eager to help in any way they can.
Work-life balance is still a major value with employees.
Feels like a different organization every month. New leadership does not value Atlassian culture and has effectively killed it. Lack of coherent vision.
Slow down and start over.
There were some good ideas with restructuring, but they were rushed, not communicated, and you lost employee trust.
