High pay, work from home.
Toxic, self-serving culture.
Constant changing of direction and goals.
Performance-Driven-Development: the only way to survive is to market yourself successfully, regardless of actual outcomes, and make sure your marketing is better than your peers. Engineering outcomes are not important.
This ship is sinking, and current management and execs are to blame. I have no advice for them, only scorn and derision.
