Pathetic and clueless management. 80% of projects are scrapped after a couple of months. Frequent manager and team changes. Values are now just for the sake of it. Keep your head down and do what I say is the new cultural motto.

I was given a screening round, which was conducted by a third party, Karat. The total duration was 60 minutes, with 10 minutes for intro and agenda. This was followed by 20 minutes of design questions and a small discussion. The remaining 30 minutes
