I was given a screening round, which was conducted by a third party, Karat. The total duration was 60 minutes, with 10 minutes for intro and agenda. This was followed by 20 minutes of design questions and a small discussion. The remaining 30 minutes

It was a great company, and I had an amazing experience. It has a friendly environment. You can choose remote work, as well as work from home or office work. They have different options accordingly.
