Atlassian has an amazing group of people who you can learn from. It starts with their founders, Mike and Scott. They defined expectations of the company's core values to be about people first, and that means employees and the greater good of the world. Super good guys!
Every organization has a few cons. Atlassian has a flat-org structure. If you're looking to move up fast, this may not be the best place.
