Don't do RTB work, or else you will get punished at review time.
You are measured on PR count and comments.
Stack ranking means a cutthroat culture.
Your job is how do you market yourself at performance review time?
Get rid of stack ranking or forced bell curves, however you want to market it.
Our company has degraded ever since APEX was introduced.
