Atlassian sits at a sweet spot between "big tech company", "startup", and "lifestyle company". They are big enough to fund projects that might not pan out, while not being so big that innovation is stifled. Their products are used and (mostly) loved by millions of users, and I feel like the company's vision for the future makes a lot of sense. I hope to work here for many years.
I work on a smaller project that hasn't been fully integrated into the rest of the platform yet, and the task of doing this migration is a daunting one.

Make sure goals have incremental deliverables and strive for alignment between internal orgs.
