Atlassian is an amazing company to work with:

- The company's attitude towards their employees' wellness. They really care; it's not just in words, it's in the culture and the company's attitude.
- In terms of work, you have a lot of opportunities. People are flexible.
- Work from Anywhere makes it more amazing.
- Company values on the ground. You can find it in the blood of every employee.
There are a lot of pros. It's been 3 months, and I have really enjoyed my tenure till now.
No cons as of now.
Management is the best. Everything is so transparent, which I did not see in any other organization in my entire career. They believe in employees.
