The company is moving further and further away from its values, primarily because of new hires in senior management.
Work-life balance can be difficult to maintain due to the need to collaborate with teams and customers in other time zones.
There is compensation inequality between different states, despite doing the same work as colleagues.
I understand that the company needs to bring in new management to drive future growth, but the company’s heritage (core values) should be protected.
