The tech platform is not perfect but pretty solid.
Flexible work hours and location.
Fair compensation, but not the highest. But what else do you expect from a medium-sized tech company which isn’t a monopoly?
Occasional bad hire.
Work isn’t the most fun or exciting.
Focus more on existing employees. Pay them well and keep them growing. Full-time employees are more valuable and productive than contractors. Build onsite activities more! Enough Zoom happy hours.
