The combination of compensation and remote work is great, especially the remote work part.
Cosplaying Meta and Microsoft policies regarding stack ranking and decimation (cutting 10%) of employees every year. The five company values are just a joke at this point. I'm really surprised the values interview is still a thing.
This ship has sailed already, I guess.
