Good pay, WFH, and decent benefits.
I previously enjoyed going to work every day, getting things done and helping others. The past year and especially the last few months have squeezed every ounce of motivation out of me. I now feel depressed and completely burned out.
Every six months, we are asked to prove to the company why we should keep this job. This is all anybody cares about.
I work 40 hours a week but am constantly stressing about work outside of those hours. On-call sucks. My P60 is hardly helpful and only cares about their metrics. Pay is not worth it.
I went through the full Atlassian interview pipeline over about 1.5 months, including: * Karat Live Coding – I passed two rounds. The interviewer changed the problem twice mid-session to make it harder, but I solved all versions successfully. *
The experience was okay. The company employees seemed nice, but I don't think I was a good match for the team. They said I wasn't technical enough in the feedback; however, I solved all the problems. I think it's because I didn't offer flashy solutio
The first interview was with the Recruiter. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, there was a virtual on-site interview that consisted of four rounds: * System design * Two technical coding rounds * Cultural fit in
