i) The benefits and work-life balance are the best in the industry. ii) People are extremely nice, and you get to work with folks across geo-locations. iii) There is great emphasis on the reliability of the products, so it's a really interesting job for SREs.
I don't know on what basis new hires are allocated to teams in the company, but there could be a lot of improvements on that.
