Working at Atlassian is the best thing that has happened to me in recent years.

Some cons of working at Atlassian include:

1. Too many processes, and hence it is slow sometimes.
2. Less work means that it is not suitable to people coming from high-velocity places like startups or Amazon.
3. Impact opportunities may be limited. Though, appreciation for work is always there.
4. Being well-rounded is super important here. Just writing tons and tons of code will not get you anywhere.
