Cons

Initially, it looked great with people talking about the culture, openness, and great team. But let me tell the truth the world needs to know.

All key decisions are taken in the US, and APAC looks like a service center. Managers in India have no role in those decisions; they are just the executors of the decisions.

Here comes the worst part: those who sit in the US look towards APAC as if APAC can work day and night to get the job done while they chill out and portray it as if they finished it.

Here comes the heart of the topic: those who were migrated from APAC and settled in the US show more "hate" than the residing Americans. I don't know whether to cry or laugh at this. Oh God.

Advice to Management

There is a growing "ASIAN HATE" and toxic environment in the garden. It's time to weed out those and bring back the great culture which no company has.

It's the responsibility of the management to monitor and correct, not a developer's work. If you see this advice, then the action is on you.
