Extremely low work ethic. Very political environment. Lack of technical expertise. No real career path. Anti-productive hierarchical. Unfair compensations and promotions, largely depend on politics rather than contributions. Lazy and incompetent leadership and management. Very damaging to personal development, in both competency and humility.
