Strangely easy to get promoted. Undeserving promotions. Not saying people are inexperienced, just that people get promoted faster than they actually deserve to be promoted.
Take an active look at how lower management is running the teams. The senior management seems to have just let the culture be. Given the huge hiring, new people are contributing to culture dilution.
