Atlassian provides you with everything: an open culture, the smartest engineers, a lot of gifts every month, and work-life balance.
It's been more than a year for me in this organization. We never shared our personal contacts with anyone in the team. No one pinged on Slack after 5 p.m. You cannot expect a call on weekends, for sure. Bimonthly feedbacks and AMA sessions, and weekly town halls.
Right now, a lot of reorganizations are happening.
