Echoing what other reviews are saying, since the introduction of APEX and stack ranking, I've seen the culture shift from encouraging growth and creativity, flexible working, and a work-life balance, to one that is competitive, cut-throat, and unsustainable.
I've seen peers getting PIPs or threatened to be put on PIPs if they don't work harder. Others are working until night or on weekends just to get an advantage, creating an atmosphere of constant fear and stress.
Demonstrate that the company values employees' mental health and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
